Halfway through my first set of curls, my smoke alarm goes off. I forgot I started dinner right before my workout and ended up burning the hell out of it. Burnt italian sausages and spinach alfredo pasta... it was so bad my dogs wouldn't even eat it. My house still reeked of burn this morning. Awesome.
