I had to take another day off lifting! Whoa, Fat Loss 1, way to kick my butt. I DO think I'll be able to do some HIIT this afternoon, and then go for workout B tomorrow morning, but at about 3am this morning, I woke up, realized I was still crazy sore, and had to reset my alarm. I think I got about 11 hours of sleep last night. I'm actually very excited to be so worn out at the end of the day - it's a symptom of fat loss. =o)
The patience is good. It can be hard to be patient with oneself. You have such an awesome attitude.

I look forward to ooohing over your new pics when you get your new beautiful camera!

Good call on the sleep. Let those little musclies reknit and grow....growing pains again. You stocking up the epsom salts? LOVE them. Use the salts with a bit of eculplytus oil in your bath, grab a trashy read, and enjoy.
