Single-Leg Standups, from bench (just above parallel)
4x8 - 65 lbs DB (held front squat style)
90secs rest
Lateral Raises
4x10 - 20's (45secs rest)
Db ERs 15,12
I decided to throw in some lateral raises, because I'd like some shoulder work and overhead pressing is a 2-3 times a year thing for me only.
*4 hours later I added in:
Db Bench Press
1x24 - 60's
YTW's 8 rounds with 5's
