EFS has it for about $50, I think.
Also....it's quite good, but "technical" doesn't even begin to cover it.
For some perspective, it's hard for
me to read, and that's after 8+ years poring over it.
Yeah, it is pretty much the bible of exercise, but it's not very useful for most people after info.
