I looked at your fitday log and see a lot of processed foods. My first suggestion would be to try to eliminate any foods that come in a box ( I know I know, that's not easy). Also, don't combine fruit with other foods. Try to eat them alone. Another suggestion is to increase your fluids, especially if your fiber intake is high. Are you constipated? Try taking a colace or stool softner so you are pooping more frequently. hth - Toni
