Default On the Road Training

Hello! I have been using the NROL4W for about 6 weeks and have so far liked the results. (lost 8 lbs but seem to have plateaued right now) Soon i'll be hitting the road for 4 months for research and am wondering if anyone has adapted the workouts for travelers. There will be many times when I will not be anywhere near a fitness center or gym so I need some independent options. Any ideas?
