Hello all! I have 4 workouts left in stage one.I'm getting more bold and adding more weight now so I'm really getting some good workouts in.I haven't even looked ahead yet to see what torture I'm facing for stage 2.I'll check those out on my rest week.lol
Kim-I can't seem to keep a daily log of my foods either so I did it a few times to get the jist of what my meals should be like and I'm feeling pretty good about it.Hopefully I can drop a couple of lbs in this first stage.
