Good luck with the doc. I hope it's nothing.  You've been sick a lot this year and had quite a bit of stress -- both of those can completely suck you dry and it can take quite a while to build reserves back up again. Hopefully, that's all it is, in which case, I recommend some intensive Paula-pampering!

It would be a nicer ass if I had enough energy to freaking exercise.
My goal for this week is to start logging food again. I eat much more consciously when I do this. My food choices for this week will tend to be TNT like when at all possible. I'm also going to add Gluconnan and a good multi-vitamin to my diet. I'm hoping that gets my body kickstarted to feeling better. If I can do this, and get the last two workouts in for Stage 1 I'll be a happy woman.
