Default Slaw

This stuff is so good I could eat it by the bucketful I whipped some up today to go with a steak supper along with roasted asparagus...yum. I don't follow a recipe for it and therefore don't have macros but it should fall within just about any low carb diet guidelines:

half a medium head of green cabbage~process to a fine chop in food processor
half a small head of red cabbage~process also
3-4 mini orange sweet peppers from Sam's~also processed to a fine chop

mix together in a large bowl, salt and pepper to taste, I added a bit of onion powder as raw onion is too strong for us in this recipe.

In a small bowl combine 3-4 hefty dollops of mayo with a splash or three of red wine vinegar and 2 packets of splenda. I also added a dash of dry mustard. Combine till smooth, add a splash of half and half to thin if needed. Dress the slaw with this, mix well, chill, then serve.
