Honestly, the BW matrix does get better once you get the first one finished. I'll be doing workout 3A on Monday and the leg matrix is actually my favorite part of the workout now. The first time I did the lunge jump there wasn't much lunging going on but I gave it my best (they looked more like scissors, LOL). Workout 2A they were easier.
Just do your best, you can only get better after that!
