Thank you! I wish you lived here!! I need a trainer bad, major form issues led to my back getting injured...then I overexerted a tricep trying to come back too strong. ::sigh:: So I'm off lifting for a bit and thought I'd just give it a go to see if I could do better on it and get some kind of a workout in. The guy in the video did better than I did last time I tried, if I could match his performance I'd be happy!
