This thread has a link to a video of a guy doing this leg matrix: The Leg Matrix

This thread might be encouraging to you. Most everyone finds this leg matrix challenging: stage three bodyweight matrix

This leg matrix is what's called a "finisher." I encourage you not to do it before your lifting, even if your performance on the matrix is poorer than what it would be if you did it while you're fresh. The general fatigue and specific thigh fatigue from the matrix would most likely compromise your lifts. The lifts are the most important part of this program. You want to get the heaviest loads you can with good form for the prescribed reps, and you don't want to do anything that would compromise that goal.

Just work to improve on your last performance of the matrix, whatever that was. If you really want to try the matrix apart from lifting, just to see how much better you can do, then try it on a non-lifting day.
Lisa, you are awesome! I wish you could be my trainer. Tell me, were you born this good, or do you work hard at it?

I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.
