Thanks Chris. I'm trying. It sucks when your technique isn't consistent--the weights will come later I guess. Right now I'm just trying to not conk my chin, fall on my ass too hard, or break anything essential.

FS + J 5x30,4x35,3x40,2x45 These were H-A-R-D. Jerk on the last rep of the FS. Wow.

HPC +2J (T/K/BK) 3x15,3x20,2x3x25 nice little drill to get my pokey ass elbows to do their job--hang from barely below the crotch, the knee, and below the knee. Despite being hella tired, these felt really snappy and right, so there's hope.
