Light and Fit doesn't have sugar added (just artificial sweeteners) but it has a thickeners, preservatives, artificial flavorings, colors, etc. Personally, I avoid those thing. But regardless, the plain Greek yogurt is just much more nutrient dense. It has almost triple the amount of protein. Not to mention it is so rich and creamy. Much more satisfying.
