increasing calories??
Hey guys i was wondering, i am starting to increase my caloriic intake for strength/size increases and wanted to know how much should i increase it by week. i went from having 3 pretty good sized meals (but not enough total net calories for the day) last week, to having the same meals but with snacks in between. i feel full and don't know how you guys do it. i tried one extra snack one day and two the next and it is really hard. should i decrease the size of my main three meals?
