90 x 10 x 2 sets
Hammer Strength Shrug
45 each side x 20
45 x 15 x 2 sets
Assisted Pull-up

BW-82lbs x 10
BW-58lbs x 6
Dips
BW x 15
BW x 12
BW x 6
I threw in some cable curls and pushdowns to finish off.
