I cook up chicken breast (4 or more) every weekend and cut them up in 8oz servings and put them in bags. They (along with all my other food) go with me to work in my insulated lunch bag. Today I have in that bag, cottage cheese (low fat) and fruit, an apple and almonds, chicken breast and crackers (whole wheat), and some speghetti that I baked up over the weekend as well. I consume 2500-3000 clean cals a day in order to maintain or slightly gain muscle.

It takes me about 2 hours on the weekend to plan and prepare to pack my food every day for the workweek. You will get used to eating all the time at your desk and in meetings. Your coworkers will make fun of you for eating all the time but in the long run you will be healthier and happier and less flabby.
