I agree with you! That's why I posted it to see what others think of it. I know Mike Robertson and Eric Cressey mobility dvd does a version of overhead broomstick dislocations, but I do not know how they do it because I don't own the dvd. I don't think its the one I found on youtube at all though. Like you said, it looks very unnatural.

By the way, no one would be using a loaded bar for overhead broomstick dislocations or using any weight period other than a broomstick or even lighter... pvs pipe. That's just asking for injury. I think I found one video of someone on youtube doing it though and I was like "you are asking for an injury that is about to happen".
