9:30am 1 can tuna in water with 2 tbls real mayo
12:00pm 1/3 lb 73% ground beef with taco seasoning and 1-2 cups frozen broccoli or cauliflower
3:00pm 1 scoop whey protein powder and two 0.28oz original SlimJims
6:00pm 1/3 lb 73% ground beef and salad with ranch dressing
11:00pm two 0.28oz original SlimJims
Workout days pre/post workout shake is 1 scoop vanilla whey plus 3 tbls Fruit Punch Gatorade x2 with 6:00pm meal pushed back to around 7:30pm
