glad to hear you're doing well on TNT. Just thought I would report a typical diet day for me(on a workday)
700am 2scoops protein powder/1tbs fish oil/2tbs flax seeds/greens supp
12pm usually chicken caesar or greek salad
4pm snack usually some cheese/ lean meat
700pm fish or chicken(dark meat) with some veggies
1100pm protein shake if i'm hungry
In a pinch if i have lunch with coworkers and they choose a fast food place, I usually end up getting a side salad and a small cheeseburger. I throw away the bun and just plop that burger on ton of the greens. Hope this helps!
