Don't be afraid of fat....in fact, you should have a pretty high fat intake on TNT. I would switch to full-fat cheese and add in some nuts (I eat almonds). Also, watch it at work if you don't know how they made those meat dishes...there could be hidden carbs.

My grocery list usually consists of:

eggs
cheese
sour cream
ground beef
bacon
chicken
other beef
pork
veggies (broccoli, peppers, onion, tomatoes, etc)
butter
olive oil
fish and shellfish
canned tomatoes
taco seasoning spices
lettuce
salad dressings (watch the sugar/carb count)
smoked sausage
sauerkraut
