I can really relate to your feelings that you were rolling along, but just somehow couldn't get back in the groove.
I think this full week off is really helping me. I'm feeling stronger and excited to lift again on Monday. We went out to the bar last night and I feel kind of gross today. But sometimes I think you have to go there to remember why you've made a conscious decision to watch what you eat and exercise.
