MAXX, thats the only kind of video I was able to find on youtube for overhead broomstick dislocations. There were about 3 matches and they all were the same form in each video, so thats why I posted it. Now I asked a question about it. I put "I don't want to be giving the wrong video if its not done right" a long with asking a question I want to know myself about the video I found on youtube.
If I just posted without asking a question about it and if its not right, then that is not okay. If I post and ask a question about the info I gave that I learned, found, etc...that I am not sure about to see if its the right stuff, then thats okay. How will I know and learn something if I don't ask questions?
