I can't wait to finish Stage 1 and try all the fun stuff!

The "men" (using the term loosely) where I work out either do bench press with horrible form, or they get on the Hammer leg press and let it slam back after every rep so the plates rattle loudly. Then they lift too-heavy DB's and after their set, they slam them hard into the ground so everyone jumps and looks. I think if you can lift it, you can put it down nicely too, ya know? But I guess idiots think loud = impressive??? (of course I grunt pretty good when I'm squatting!).
