Are you sure you don't mean "club exercises" as in, if you only do these exercises, we'll rip off your own arm and club you to death with it for being a fool?
I hardly ever see men doing ANY kind of lower body work. There's a guy who occasionally comes in to do squats and deads, but I think he's a powerlifter. And there's another guy I saw doing a bodyweight matrix type thing. Silly men.
