I love those snatches. But the BB version looks incredibly difficult! Balance is my biggest problem by far--I think the bb would do me in.
I'm with the person upthread who said that 3A is their favorite workout. Mine too. I'm having some fun with the squat-push-presses in 4A but it's not the same as the snatches followed by the 1 arm OH squats. Way to make a spectacle in the gym.
I stand by my original claim that one of the intentions of the NROLW exercises is to compel women to rightfully take up lots of space and make a spectacle of themselves with badass exercises on the 'boy's side' of the gym. I love it.
