Squat: S1: 50/12, S2: 55/10 S3: 60/10 (Didn't realize I was only supposed to do 10 reps until after first set)
Push Up: S1: 45 degree bench/10, S2: Same, S3: Same
Seated Row: S1: 70/10, S2: 70/10, S3: 55/10
Step Up: S1: 20lb/10, S2: 20lb/10, S3: 24lb/10
Prone Jacknife: S1: 9, S2: 12, S3: 12
