Where you start doesn't make you a wimp. Everyone has to start somewhere.
But don't stay there. I think the first thing that NROLFW does is help you realize that you actually can use heavier weights than you thought.
So use what you have at the moment, but definitely start looking around for more weights or a gym to join. You'll need them sooner than you think.
