Sure! If your training for a contest in which you have to do alot of pullups on consecutive days
I don't know why @fit would be called a program, at least the WODs. There is no periodization nor pattern. I get the whole random/chaos in training as in life thing but doing 300 reps in one plane of motion and zero in the opposing may not be the brightest idea ever
