Default Wimpy newbie...

Hi, all! My name is Pauline and I just started Stage 1 today. I may have to work up to really starting Stage 1! I do not need to lose any weight. I've been on SparkPeople over a year and have been at my goal range of 98-102 lbs since Oct. 2007. I'm 5'2" and 48 years old and have never STed until I started SP last year. I really enjoy STing and seeing muscle definition! I cannot afford a gym membership and would like to do NROLFW at home if possible. Any hints there would be appreciated. I don't own a barbell yet. I do have smaller weights 3#, 5#, 8#. I did Workout A today and even with the smaller weights, it was a real workout for me. Is it OK to start with weights that are that light? I can't imagine being able to do squats with a 45# dumbbell right now! Am I just a wimp?
