I'm sorry to be the first one to post on this thread because wouldn't you know it? Nothing has changed, at least not visually. My measurements are the same but my weight is up a couple of pounds. Nothing I'm really worried about. I did take comparison pictures for the hell of it but I don't really see any difference. That said, I certainly know I'm stronger than when I started and that feels great.
