Well, I guess I'll do Crossfit "Lite" like I've done in the past - mixed with running and some "traditional" workouts. There are some aspects of the program that don't make a lot of sense to me. A perfect example is Monday's WOD (30 muscle-ups -- or 120 pullups + 120 dips) is followed by Tuesday's workout (which includes 100 pullups). Is it really beneficial to do that many pullups on two successive days?
