I could, but for a first attempt at this, i think 10 or so lbs will be alright.

If i drop carbs ill be down 3-4lbs in around 36 hours from my experience (and this is with no performance loss).

Ill increase water and salt intake earlier in the week to really high levels of both.

Then, starting X hours before the meet ill have a few really freaking hot baths (with salts maybe), drive to parents house where i will be staying and check weight on their scale (and mine. and probably one other LOL). Sweat out anything that is left and then drive to the meet (30mins) and weight in.

should be fine for 10or so lbs. Probally will weigh in at like 190 or something stupid like that knowing me hah.
