Sorry to hear you're fighting with the BF. That's no fun at all.
You know how some people have charm bracelets to keep them away from emotional snacking? Your thigh muscles could be your version of your charm bracelet--do a little flex when you're feeling tempted and you'll be like: "no way! time to unveil this baby!"
Chocolate cravings are hard because there is no real substitute for it....but perhaps factor in a square of the good stuff into your cal counts for the day and make sure you savour them....maybe that will help.
