I just the first workout in Stage 3 last night. It's an ass-whooper! I'm glad I took the week off between the two, but ymmv.

I took a full week off between Stage 1 and 2, so I don't think I'll take a full week off this time. I'm actually really looking forward to starting Stage 3, so I don't know if I could wait even if I wanted to.

I'm doing well. Not too bad coming off Easter. Yesterday my BF and I had a fight, and I went with a few coworkers to Bells Brewery across the street. It was opening day for their summer beer - Oberon - and I had one of those, but still made it in under my calorie count for the day, so I don't feel TOO bad. Today I'm PMSing and still fighting with the BF, so I'm trying hard not to eat out of stress. We're going out to eat for his birthday Thursday, so I'm anticipating that I'll eat more calories then and trying to compensate by being very good now. But it's hard - PMS + stress = major stomach flips and cravings for chocolate. Bah.

On the upside, I can feel my thigh muscles underneath a layer of fat and they are ROCK HARD. It's strange! I like it.
