Boy, this workout is tough. I dropped the weights down on my squats until I can really get my form right.

Squats:
135 lb. x 6, 155 x 1, 135 x 6, 165 x 1, 115 x 11, 95 x 20

Superset:
Bulgarian Split Squats:
BW x 15, BW x 15, BW x 12
Step-ups
BW x 15, BW x 9

Superset:
Back extensions
BW x 10, BW x 10
Swiss-ball crunch
BW x 10, BW x 10
