The costcos in our area sell huge bags of Kraft Polly-O string cheese, which is 80 cals per stick, 6g fat, 0 carbs. And delicious. I highly recommend those.
The low-fat ones aren't much lower in calories (I think they're 70 cals per stick) and aren't nearly as good or satisfying. Better to go with the non-low-fat ones and enjoy the snack.
