Hey! I just saw this post and I wanted to let you know if you have a hard time with them all the time you might do well with an elimination diet. It was so tough for me to do, but I found that aspartame and citrus were huge triggers for me. That and decongestants were killing me. It's seriously changed my life!

That's awesome about the cookies. I've found my "treat" cravings have gone down with this program. I think it is all the calories. Your body isn't begging for any food around - especially not massive high calorie foods
