Thanks ladies. I have been exercising for the last 5 years between 3 and 5 days a week. I lost 50 pounds through exercise and clean eating, and am stuck with the last layer of fat covering all the nice muscle definition hiding under there. So I guess my goal is still fat loss. I haven't done Afterburn, but 5 days a week for 28 minutes each??? AACCK! Alwyn's a madman! But that tells me that it is definitely possible to include HIIT after all my weight training sessions.
