In 2 1/2 months, after a break of several months from lifting and being a stop-and-go lifter. I do want to clarify that this number is dependent on my caliper and scale accuracy, and I'm in no way claiming it's all muscle (which would be impossible to calculate anyway).
I'd also like to point out that I think I'm and endo/meso mix, with a lot of lean mass to begin with and a good deal of fat, too. I'd love to cut and just maintain the lean mass while dropping fat - that's my primary goal.
I know you've begun to see good fat loss results since rearranging your diet. What have you been doing?
