String Cheese
Is string cheese good to incorporate into my diet? I am trying to eat mostly natural foods that are minimally processed. I used to love tyson chicken patties, the spicy ones, until I read a couple of nutrition books and looked at the ingredients on the box. Now I almost want to vomit when I think of how many I ate in my life. If you could post reasons as to why it is good or bad, I would greatly appreciate it. Also, should I be buying the lowfat one or regular?
