They have a lot of good articles. I don't mind the ads, because it means I get the articles. It's like complaining about the commercials on NBC. Only worth mentioning if they are really bad.

I've added In Defense of Food to my Amazon cart for the next time I place an order. (I already own The Omnivore's Dilemma.) Amazon thanks you.

The site is an invaluable asset to fitness and all sorts of sport enthusiasts, it just happens to be funded by biotest. So yes, they recommend 'protien powder' and convienently add a picture of their own Low Carb Grow or something, but most of their products are of good quality. Some of the pills may or may not be your liking, but its to the readers discretion.

anyway, just wanted to say its a business after all that funds the site and its nothing wrong.
Hey, man. Welcome back! Come around more, okay?

Like I wrote, above, the ads don't bother me. My comment " Yes, I see where it's from. But, it's a good read for male or female readers," was based on the usual half (or better) naked chicks in the articles.

I don't mind the half naked chick thing, either, but I hesitate to post an article from there, over here. Sometimes a reader will pull up scantily clad hotties without warning...

Except for the one chick with the fork, this article was chickless. I hope this is an anomaly...
