Can't get ephedrine off the shelf anymore in the US. Drugs containing psuedoephedrine are monitored pretty tight in California because of the meth problem. They are locked up and they scan your ID when you get them. But at least, from what I've heard from a few Sheriff's that work in narcotics it's had a pretty positive impact.
I'm glad Mon made this thread because I'm just getting over the flu and I have that stupid cough too. lol
