I spent a couple months doing it. But due to a shoulder injury, a sick wife for a couple weeks and travel I missed a good deal of time in the gym. I can't afford a new Jeep and my wife wouldn't be happy with me having an affair so the next best thing to this crisis is a new direction in the gym.
