Man, I definitely wasn't feeling slow and sluggish. I just feel like I'm on HYPERDRIVE these last couple days. (I think that's a good sign.) I've also been sleeping better - when I was eating more, I had a hard time getting tired and never really felt satisfied when I woke up in the morning.
I forgot to mention - when I went into the gym this morning, this guy I was talking to the other day - HUGE guy with a giant tattoo of "KONG" on his forearm - he was all like, "Here comes the powerlifter..."
The guys in the gym crack me up. They are so not used to seeing a woman throw big numbers around in the weight room. They're definitely impressed - I like the feeling of winning some giant muscular dude's respect. =o)
Now I'm just on a mission to SEE those muscles.
