Ok heres the background. Just beginning BJJ/Muay Thai and still working on NROL of lifting 2Xweek. Been TNTing since Jan. Lost all the weight I initially wanted, now thinking about getting fat% below 9-10%...but not interested in asthetic as much as getting most bang for my buck in training. How feasible is a TNT lifestyle with multiple workouts on certain days, intense sessions rolloing and sparring, etc ??
