I started last Friday and so far so good

I wrote a few weeks ago asking a question about gaining inches... hopefully that doesn't happen- but I have a feeling it wont.
My knee hasn't been bother me (I have an old knee injury) and doing prone jackknifes has made my stomach sooooo sore. I don't think I've done anything that physically demanding since High School swim teams "breakthroughs".
Oh, are there any good protein powders that don't have whey or casien in them (or gluten or soy)? My body freaks out if I have any milk proteins--- I have a digestive disease.
