Whew...just finished workout 4A in stage 1. The good news...that prone jackknife is actually getting easy! When I started, I could hardly stay on the ball.

Today I felt really strong while I was doing it. So far, this workout is going great. In a couple of weeks, the weather here will get nicer and I will be walking a couple of days a week in the morning with my neighbor in between weighlifting sessions.
How many of you are just doing the 3 days of lifting and nothing on the off days? Reading through the forum, it seems like alot of people are also doing some cardio on their off days. Right now I'm concentrating on lifting 3 days a week and have not done any supplemental exercise.
