I really liked this, but I might try to lower the calories a little bit by using an egg white in place of the whole egg and see how it goes. I used 2 T of whole seeds and ground them, and I might have to back off on that as it was a little too dense - but super filling (and on the big side). I used half a scoop of BSN Choc coconut powder. It was okay, but more of an aftertaste than anything, so I will be using vanilla next time. Either way, an awesome recipe! Thanks

I use the above recipe and just leave the butter out (for convenience) and I can't really tell a difference.
