Bent Over Row- 3 of 6, Ez Curl Bar with 5lb on each side
Dumbbell single arm overhead squat- 3 of 6, 5 and 10lb
Dumbbell incline bench press- 3 of 6, 20lb
Plank 3 @ 90 sec
Reverse Woodhop 3 of 6, 22.5lb
